Shipping to the United States of America (USA)
Orders under $800 are not subject to import duties or taxes and can enter the United States duty-free. Orders over 800 USD might be subject to Import duties or taxes.
Shipping to the United Kingdom (UK)
Orders shipped to the UK are VAT-exempt (no VAT charged at checkout). However, upon arrival, you will be required to pay UK import VAT (approx. 20%) and a customs clearance fee (charged by the courier, usually between £8–£15). We accept Returns or Exchanges within 15 days after receiving your order.
1. Submit an online return request at the Returns Portal or send us an email to hello@ourbrand.pt
2. Pack the item in the same box and stick the returns label on it. The customer is responsible for shipping, but we can help and issue a label (the amount will be discounted on the refund - let us know).
3. Return the package at a pickup point (CTT or Fedex/TNT are available).
