Returns product tab

We accept Returns or Exchanges within 20 days after receiving your order.

1. Submit an online return request at the Returns Portal or send us an email to hello@ourbrand.pt

2. Pack the item in the same box and stick the returns label on it. Returns labels are prepaid for Portugal and Spain (mainland). In any other cases the customer is responsible for shipping, but we can help and issue a return label for you (let us know).

3. Return the package at a pickup point (CTT and Fedex/TNT are available) or in our office in Portugal (in case you prefer to return directly).
