All shipments to countries outside of the European Union are the customers responsibility to pay for any of the destination country’s customs charges, duties, or taxes.

 

Shipping to the United States of America (USA)

Orders under $800 are not subject to import duties or taxes and can enter the United States duty-free. Orders over 800 USD might be subject to Import duties or taxes.

 

Shipping to the United Kingdom (UK)

Orders shipped to the UK are VAT-exempt (no VAT charged at checkout). However, upon arrival, you will be required to pay UK import VAT (approx. 20%) and a customs clearance fee (charged by the courier, usually between £8–£15). These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions before placing your order, feel free to contact us at hello@ourbrand.pt

 

PAYMENT

Normally, purchases made with credit cards and Paypal are authorized within 24 hours. For purchases made through Multibanco the payment is processed within a few hours.

The deadline for payment by ATM reference is 24 hours. If the payment is not paid within this period, your order will be canceled.

Note: Only after confirming payment for your purchase do we start processing the order.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Immediately after completing the order you will receive an order confirmation email. 

After this confirmation, we send the order within 1 working days.

As soon as the order is sent, you will receive an e-mail notification of shipment with the registration number to be able to track your order.
